Gaynor Parents,
Each year the Parents’ Association plans a week of events to show our appreciation to Gaynor’s staff, administrators, and educators who go above and beyond to support our children. Generous parent volunteers will make the week a success. This year’s events will take place the week of Monday, April 29 – Friday, May 3. Below is a list of the week’s planned activities and ways that parents can get involved. Please consider volunteering by emailing the point person listed. Thanks!
Monday, April 29: Notes of Appreciation
We will create a wall of appreciation using notes from you and your child. There are three choices of pages for your child to color and decorate as s/he wishes. Click to download: Choice 1, Choice 2, Choice 3. Scan the final work of art and email it to: jcmclassrepcoordinator@gmail.com on or before 8:00 p.m. Friday, April 26. We will print your submission(s) and post it on the wall. You may also bring in the original the morning of April 29.

Tuesday, April 30: Massages
Massages will be available for staff from 9:00am – 3:00pm in the South Cafeteria. To volunteer to setup the room and help with check-in, please email Elena Litvak (elitvack@yahoo.com) and Tamara Hoover (tamara.hoover@gmail.com).
Wednesday, May 1: Snack Buffet
A snack buffet will be setup for faculty and staff to create their own snack bags. To volunteer to help set up, please email Rebecca Baum (rbaum7@gmail.com).
Thursday, May 2: Conference Day · NO EVENT
Friday, May 3: Breakfast
The PA will provide breakfast to all staff and faculty before school. To volunteer to bring food or help at the breakfast, use this form to sign up. Email Alyssa Klein (alyssaklein28@gmail.com) with any questions.
As always, another way to show your appreciation for Gaynor faculty, specialists and staff is to make a donation to the Annual Fund in their honor, which supports the work they do year round.
