Enrollment for 2019-2020 via Veracross Parent Portal

Posted on Tuesday, June 4th, 2019

Completing the registration process for each returning student includes two steps. The first was signing and returning the contract and deposit for the 2019-2020 school year. Step 2 is reviewing and updating all parent and student information. This is a very important step that must be completed each year in order for your child to be fully enrolled. This year, the second step of the process will be completed through the new Veracross system.

Complete the following steps in order for your child to be properly enrolled for the 2019-2020 school year:

  1. Log in to Veracross using the username and password you created.
  2. Click “Update Family Information” to open a new tab and review and update each section under Family Information and Household Contacts.
  3. Close tab and return to the portal landing page.
  4. Click on Transportation and Outside Help Form to open a new tab and review and update each section. If you check “yes” in any area that asks regarding outside help, please enter the relevant contact information in the notes section.
  5. Close tab and return to the portal landing page.
  6. Click Update Medical Information. This will launch Magnus Health. Use the username and password you created for Veracross to log in to review and update each section.

Please note, until we complete the beta phase of the Veracross launch, student reports and documents from the current and previous academic years will still be housed on the existing Parent Portal, until all records are migrated over to the new system. Click the gray button under the header to navigate and sign in to the existing Parent Portal.

You must fill out and update your family information through the new Parent Portal by June 13 in order to be properly registered for the 2019-2020 school year.

If you have questions about the registration process, please email our our Technology Department at it@stephengaynor.org. Our goal, as always, is to make things as easy as possible for our parent community.
