Our 2025–2026 Annual Report tells the story of a community that comes together in countless ways to support our students, strengthen our school, and extend Gaynor’s impact.
A Gaynor education begins with the relationship between a student and the educators who understand how that child learns. But surrounding that relationship is an entire community that helps make it possible.
Parents and guardians, grandparents, alumni, faculty and staff, trustees, volunteers, and friends each play a part. They give their time, share their expertise, build connections, and provide resources that strengthen what happens in our classrooms every day.
Our 2025–2026 Annual Report captures that collective impact and the many ways our community came together during another remarkable year at Gaynor.
The numbers in this year’s Annual Report tell part of the story. During the 2025–2026 school year, the Gaynor community contributed more than $1.4 million to the Annual Fund, helping sustain our hallmark 3:1 student/faculty ratio, provide tuition assistance, support extensive professional development, and meet the school’s most important needs.
But the strength of the Gaynor community extends far beyond philanthropy. It can be seen at the Book Fair and Breakfast My Way, during Faculty and Staff Appreciation Week, through Parents’ Association activities and affinity groups, and in the alumni, parents of alumni, and grandparents who remain connected to the school long after a student’s time at Gaynor has ended.
Increasingly, that impact reaches beyond Gaynor as well. Through initiatives such as the Yvette Siegel-Herzog Innovation Fund, support from our community is helping Gaynor share its expertise with educators outside our walls and reach more students with language-based learning differences.
Ultimately, the Annual Report is about more than what was raised or accomplished in a single year. It is a reflection of the people who make Gaynor what it is, and what becomes possible when a community comes together around children.
