Green Cluster Holds Student Council Elections

Candidates for the 2019-2020 Green Cluster Student Council leadership positions.

This year, the Green Cluster has been running a Green Cluster Student Council for the first time. Students participating had the option to run for Green Cluster President and Vice President. Over the past six weeks, student candidates campaigned throughout the school in preparation for the election on December 12.

On that day, the candidates came together to present their individual speeches as to why they should be elected. All faculty and staff were invited to watch the speeches, and later were asked to cast their votes.

After a very close race, Graham L. was voted President, and Lucy M. was voted Vice President. Calvin N. performed so well in the election that he was named Cabinet Advisor, assisting the president and vice president in important meetings and decision-making.
