The class parent is the contact person for the phone chain, notifies parents in your class of upcoming events and receives information to be passed on to the other families in your class (inclement weather, etc). On the first day of school, you will have the opportunity to sign up to be Class Parent for your child’s classroom. Even if you can only spare a small amount of time, your contribution is important and valued in building a strong and caring community.
